Double Dry Hopped IPA

Smooth and bright with sharp citrus notes, this Double Dry Hopped IPA is brewed using surplus fondant fancies straight from UK manufacturers – fancy that!

Downlink

Vienna Lager

Downlink, brewed using surplus fresh pasta, is a Vienna lager with rich malt character and smooth caramel notes. Dark amber in colour, with a clean, balanced finish, it’s your direct line to a deeper, more comforting drink.

Zenith

IPA

Meaning ‘high point’, Zenith embodies the very best of innovative brewing. Our very first beer brewed with surplus pasta from UK factories, it’s a hoppy, hazy IPA bursting with tropical fruits and citrus.

KOFI

Mango African Pale Ale

Developed by Beyond Belief Brewing Co. and proudly brewed in Ghana by independent brewery, tale, Kofi is a citrusy, tropical Pale Ale. In Akan culture, Kofi is the name given to boys born on a Friday - fitting for a beer full of fun, fruity flavour. It’s brewed using broken rice, surplus mango, and local African grains, smashing our record for the amount of surplus used in a brew.

Perigee

Pilsner

Crisp and bright with a smooth, malty finish, and brewed with surplus fresh pasta no less! Named after the moon’s closest point to Earth, Perigee is an easy-drinking, refreshing pilsner that’s always within reach.

Payload

Pale Ale

Payload, brewed with surplus fresh pasta, carries citrus on the nose and is loaded with juicy stone fruit notes. Light amber in colour with very little bitterness, this Pale Ale is sure to carry you into orbit.

After years working in the food industry and seeing just how much food was going to waste, we decided to combine our love for brewing beer with our passion for sustainability. Beyond Belief was born with one clear mission - to pioneer a new frontier in beer. Beyond Belief was born, when after years working in the food industry and seeing just how much food was going to waste, we decided to combine our love for brewing beer with our passion for sustainability to find a solution. Our mission was clear, we’d set a course to creating a new frontier in beer.

Co-Founder & Commercial Director
BENN

Benn has an assorted background in the food and drinks industry, having worked in Michelin starred kitchens and developing for retailers. From his experience, and being a confessed massive foodie, he brings a passion and strong skillset for creating new ideas and products that break the boundaries of what we consume. He is always encouraging the team to be bold, unique and excel in their development while he carries out his role of implementing continuous success, growth, and exposure of BBB. Like all of us, Benn cares about using business as a force for good. One of the original minds behind the Pasta Beer range, he combined his concern over food waste with his love for innovation. Benn plans on continuing to help move the drinks industry forward and hopes that he can help enable others to join the journey of substituting generic malted grain with surplus food.

FReddie

Freddie Ugo is co-founderand Head of Brand at Beyond Belief Brewing Co, a challenger beer brand turningsurplus fresh pasta and bakeryfood waste into sustainable craft beer. As the 4th generation of the Ugo family behind Dell’Ugo, Freddie brings alegacy of food innovation into the drinks space. With an expertise in FMCG decarbonisation, he leads on brand strategy and environmental standards, driving Beyond Belief Brewing Co’s mission to bring circular innovation to the alcohol category. He is currently studying for an MSc in Conservation Science, using insights from his academic work to reinforce and evolve the brand’s sustainability credentials.

CHARLIE

Charlie has over 12 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, particularly FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods). He has an expert understanding of the logistical and engineering processes that surround large scale operations. The original designer of our patented Pasta Range process, Charlie has a keen passion for discovering new ways to better utilise raw materials. He is always making sure we are keeping up to date on the most ground breaking new technologies, whilst encouraging us to push the curtain just that little bit further. With a personal interest in education reform, Charlie hopes the work we do will encourage people to question the status quo, using their inherent ingenuity to help solve current and future problems that we all face, in the food industry and otherwise.
