Kofi is our African Pale Ale
Developed by Beyond Belief Brewing Co. and proudly brewed in Ghana by independent brewery, tale, this is a powerful story in a bottle. Kofi smashes our record for surplus in a beer. We use broken rice, surplus mango, and local African grains, sourced directly from the region. In Akan culture, Kofi is the name given to boys born on a Friday, and what better day to sit back with a tropical African Pale Ale?
Surplus: Broken Rice, Mango
Hops: African Queen, Citra, Mosaic, Hibiscus, Surplus Mango
Aroma: Tropical Fruit, Citrus, Floral Tartness
Store in a cool place, best served chilled.
For single bottle orders there is a minimum order of 4 bottles, but you can mix and match our beers to make your own selection pack!
