Pasta Vienna Lager
A lightly hopped amber lager

Even though we have replaced half the grain bill with surplus fresh pasta, our Vienna lager is still bold, flavourful, and full of character. This beer stays true to the Vienna style, with malty notes of toffee and caramel, a lightly hopped aroma, and a crisp lager finish.

Pasta IPA
We call this our ’East meets West’ IPA
Delivering a welcome burst of citrus and tropical fruits on the nose, this light and hazy IPA (made from surplus fresh pasta no less!) delivers on the classic East Coast characteristics. Finished by dry hopping with plenty of American hops, we give the beer a delectable dry and slightly bitter note that is unmistakably West Coast.

Pasta Pale Ale
Our twist on a classic American Pale Ale.

Would you believe that we make our Pale Ale from surplus fresh pasta? That’s right, and it is still bursting flavour, with a tropical fruits and citrus aroma.
This beer is light amber in colour, with very little bitterness to finish, making it the perfect choice for an easy drinking session.
